I’m honored to receive the 2019 Freshman Legislator of the Year Award from the Oklahoma Public Employees Association (OPEA)!
During this past session, I’ve consistently advocated for state employees, retirees, and state services. This includes passing a long-overdue cost-of-living adjustment for our retired state employees, who have contributed significantly to Oklahoma. While serving in the legislature, I’ve enjoyed meeting numerous incredible retired state employees in #HD62. I hope the legislature will be able to cross the finish line on this issue next session.
